    I love my laptop. The only real problem with them is I use it way too much and it eats hard drives like candy. I have to replace the HD each year pretty much. Of course it's an older HP from 2005 but it does the job.

    I have 3 spares ready to go and always save to external drive.

    $600+, you got a good deal and that too with Vista Home. In India we normally do not get a laptop at cheap price with OS included.

    I used Acer. So this time I will go for brand shift and would buy a Dell. The problem with Acer is they constantly change their product models and styles.
