Hi , I bought domain name Bedroomdesign.Net have 40,000 visitor per month what's the expecting price for that domain ? Thanks
im only seeing 210 exact search's for [bedroomdesign] and 2,900 for [bedroom design] ? find out what the .com sold for and divide by 4
I would really love to hear the logic for breaking the price into 1/4... for a .net name. Is it your in-house formula... as I am hearing it for the first time! Regards, RightMan
its our rule of thumb. not a set rule. but from what weve seen in sales if a .com sells for $40,000 its safe to say the .net would sell for around $10,000 - maybe more maybe less. Now there are always exceptions: ive also seen .net's sell for more than the .com (usually when some one is buying a family of domains - .com, .net, .org, etc) but .com's will usually outsell .nets and the other exentions.
Now bedroom design exact search is 40,000 ... can my site catch this keywords easily because of it's name is bedroomdesign.net
Of course... having the keyword in the domain name itself gives you an added advantage but even then... you also need to do your SEO stuff... as usual! Regards, RightMan
I'm sure you'd stand a good chance... The big question is what are those people actually looking for though? Inspiration? Actual products?
Yes , I know that mr. right man .. but the domain created from 8 years .. I think that help me catch the keyword .. right
You are absolutely correct. The age does play an important role and having such an old name is surely an advantage in the serp listing! Regards, RightMan
Having an 8 year old domain name is definitely a good start. Should give you an advantage when it comes to your SERPS, as well as the possibility of having some pagerank already. Depending on what you bought it for, seems like it has some potential.
