http://wildtune.com/forum/ Hi everyone, I need some help. I purchased an "entertainment" message forum with "Warez" (i.e rapidshare links)... Is that warez? I didn't buy this site because of the warez, I purchased it because it has loads of members and has potential. After some research, I'm finding out that warez is kind of sleazy business. I'm not interested in doing illegal activity. On the side note, I don't want to ruin the message forum either. Anyhow, there is no hosting company that would likely host this MB because of the rapidshare stuff stuff, correct? I guess my question is can I do a special hidden board for the rapidshare stuff within the forum for "special" members.. Or do I need to completely delete all the rapidshare stuff and make an honorable MB? Will godaddy know that this was a warez fourm at one time and shut me down?
why do you buy something and dont know what it is about? its hard to find a warez hoster with U.S servers, but look around
Because the price was right (cheaper than paying a message forum to host my banner). It come with an Invision script. 6k emails and members... fairly good google results (over 400 unique visits per day) and a place to promote my other websites And if I ever decided to flip the site, I could probably double or triple my investment. It was a strategic buy. I'm not interested in having an illegal website. So the rapidshare stuff is illegal?
You are using an illegal design , pixel2life.com 100% copied . You should try contacting them to see if it`s ok with them to use it
Thanks for your input guys. See I live in the united states and FBI are aggressive here. They don't care about hong kong... when they can get the little guy sitting behind his computer in america. They love making examples of the small guy. Maybe I'm being a chick-shyt.. ugg. Perhaps I can turn this site into a legal fun for all forum with the niche like askmen, but instead about general opinions... or something.
I did a check. The skin is okay. pixel2life doesn't own the skin... they can be purchased at IPBForumSkins.com. And the Skin was designed by Ghost at IPBForumSkins.com.
Why did you purchase this website if you knew it was warez ("pirates"). Hong Kong hosting companies, there are a few out there if you google it. Good Luck.
