I bought a textlink from a pr9 website!

a pr 9 can't get you pr 7 or 8 for sure.

 

as long as the links are relevant (and the more relevant the better) and site isn't blacklisted, it passes pr. that's my experience

 

If you've just started link building and one of the first links you get is a from a PR9 page, that would trigger a flag with big G surely?

 

Please keep us informed, this is a good test to see how much pr passes to your site. How many links are on the pr8 website?

 

i think you will be benefited if a good update is done in between those 2 months and also you must understand that if that link is removd after 2 months.google considers it as short term paid links .so,there is also possibility of loosing your Updated PR. hope this helpful to you.

If that site got PR9 and how much traffic you getting from that site?

 

good luck buying links from high PR sites will definitely increase your SERPS and traffic from SE and lets see if you acquire decent PR in the next PR update
