hello, i have been using blogspot for a number of years now but recently some of my blogs have been deleted so i started reading here about what to do... i bought a domain name from godaddy, but now is confused how to use that name to launch my blog.... there is no problem if i need to use wordpress... by the way, the content is mainly porn... thanks
you need to find a host that will let you put porn up. Then install wordpress if that's the system you want and start adding content.
Godaddy also do hosting, but if you're using another host you'll need to log into your account at Godaddy and change what's called the "nameservers" for the domain that you've bought. Basically that just means you're linking the domain to the server you've got hosting on. Whoever you're hosting with should give you your nameserver(s) in an email.
You need to buy web hosting and put your nameservers into your domain manager within your godaddy account.
Find nameservers, change with your hosting dns(at Godaddy) & go to cpane of your hosting, find add domain, if still confuse just call the support. If your hosting is good he/she will guide you.

Does that host offer an easy install of Wordpress? Do you know how you are going to set up your theme, add content...etc? In other words, are you all set to go now?
