Yeh get a one more new domain and redirect the traffic from the banned domain. Place google add in new domain. On Banned domain Place bidvertiser ads.

Just thought I'd throw my two cents on into this one: My Devil May Cry site was banned when I first purchased it over a year ago. Check the archive.org wayback machine stats if you like. However, all I did was explain what was going on in an email to a Google engineer and they began re-indexed my site within a week. Now I have 7,930 pages indexed in Google. So yeah, talk to them and they will listen. Hope this helped. :)

Listen to some of the other people here. Don't worry about Adsense, just use AdBrite, Bidvertiser or any of the other solutions....

If you really want to get Adsense, the best way to contact Google is through the Webmasters console

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

If they see the whois has changed hands you can probably get it reinstated.

E-mail adsense support team and ask them if you can place ads in the specific domain you bought. My friend did it and the answer was "you can place ads in any website that meets the adsense standards and TOS etc etc." So if they tell you afterwards that you used a banned domain you can send them the proof that you contacted them and they allowed you to place ads there.
BTW i don't think they ban domains if they meet the criteria, they just ban accounts.

thanks for your comments guys. i tried bidvertiser and adbrite before adsense. they were paying more less. i do not wanna use those. i will contact with adsense team, if they let i will go with them, if they won't there is no way and i will start adbrite or bidvertiser again.

At least it's good to know by only finding a new adsense account you can get back in the program. I'm really going to try this. :)

contrary to what people say about Google Adsense, if you behave like an adult and explain your situation ,they will work with you. I was banned in 2005 because some geek used a Perl script to Google-Bomb me because I banned him from my forum, but after contacting google and explaining my situation, they reinstated my account. I also know of a few people who's kids, wife or family clicked on ads which got them banned or invalid clicks. after appealing and explaining the situation, they were all reinstated.
