    I can find the plugin to display a checkbox "I believe xxx is the BEST section for this topic" in vbulletin.org or this plugin has been made only for digitalpoint?

    No clue if anyone of them will work, but maybe you could try it? The 3.6 one is likely your best bet on the subject.
