I assume this violates TOS?

    Thats against TOS right? I recall reading you can only label ads with "sponsored links" or "advertisements"

    It's definitely a gray area, if by "gray area" you mean "totally violating the TOS 100%", which is what he's doing.

    Jack and Firestorm are right, its 100% violation of the TOS.

    NewtoAllThis, are you going to mail the webmaster of that site to inform him that he is violating the TOS, coz I am not gonna do it.
