I am working on a three year old website. This website was penalized in Google for duplicate content. But now its duplicate content has been removed and fresh content has been added to it. But still it is not getting any rank in Google. I have checked on online sandbox checker tools and these shows that website is still in sandbox. Is it possible ? If yes then what should I do now to take it out from Google sandbox. Website is relemacindia.net. Plz Help!!!

Keep adding high PR backlinks that are relevant and make sure to ping those backlinks with pingoat com
