I am very confused about the change of rules.

    I got an infraction this morning about posting in the freebies area an offer for 20 cents per sign up. Now it says I am not allowed to ask people to join programs.Whatif the program is a FREE program and people are getting paid to join a FREE program where they benefit even more by getting free shares. Why isn't that allowed? I see tons of stuff on the freebie section that are still going. I just read one this morning saying I will give you three bucks pm me for details. Is't that also a post that isn't allowed? I explained that the company is a web 2.0 company. If I am allowed to re post it do I have to put more about the company? I actually don't get anything from the company when people sign up for free, only if people buy the services or shares, but I was hoping maybe to help people like me to make a good solid business.
    Any way can a mod clarify this for me as it is confusing. Isn't mutual benefit allowed on the freebie section any more?
