I am using domain with .US

    I am using a domain name with .US instead of .com will it take any effect t come in Google organic search

    I would say it will have an effect. I don't think you would rank as highly with a US vs a .COM

    Well it depends on your SEO work. If you are going to promote it mainly for USA then it will be a big advantage.
