    There aren't long time tricks to SEO, its a long process if you want it to last. First off, start doing on page SEO, google "On page SEO tips" on how to do it, a lot has to do with title optimization and having a good keyword density. Then you'll need to start building links to your pages.

    look my friend if you want to get good search result on search engine you have to do complete professional seo no tricks will give you rank because now google is very careful while it gives rank to any website

    One of the main things, which I focus on most is mistakes! If your website has any mistakes it will look amatuer and scammy. It prob wont have any effect on page rank but will definately help slightly with traffic
