Hello, I am trying to learn html, css, php and those stuff but i dont really know where to start! I though buying a Tuts+ membership would help me is that true, can i (if i am motivated) to learn from tuts+ ?
I used w3schools.com to get my start at programming. It's very easy to follow and will give you a firm foundation.
yes you can learn many things in w3schools and for some exercises. All I can say is to start from HTML and CSS before you proceed to PHP.
Before going to W3Schools, check out http://w3fools.com/ There are many tutorial sites for HTML and CSS (W3Schools isn't a tutorial, it's a reference). If you want to learn programming (PHP is a programming language), start by learning programming. Download Algorithms + Data Structures.pdf and study it. Then download the PHP manual http://us.php.net/download-docs.php and you should be able to write some PHP code by using the manual to get the syntax. The more you write, the better you'll get. (Learning a programming language without learning programming is like learning "saw" without learning carpentry. You know how to use a tool, but you don't know what to do with it.)
Choose w3schools tutorial site only..You can learn basic things of web development like html,css,php..PHP would be the best programming language for website development..
Started down the path of writing semantically incorrect, bloated nonsense. See this site for details.
