I am told that my site is not cached. What is the best way to tell?

    I would suggest you to use a simple way. Go to Google and write this command > cache:www.websitename.com

    You will get the complete picture of whether Google cached your site or not.

    Check what all pages are cached by google by mentioned by biztrendz. After that try to submit those "uncached" pages in bookmarking, social networking websites. And also create a sitemap for your website. Whenever you add a new page to your website do a minmum amount of link building stratergies to google to cache those pages.
