I am thinking of making some turnkey type sites, but what for?

I hope I am using turnkey as the correct term. Basically I am going to start making websites where you change just a few values in one file and the whole site updates. Now I am not sure what to do it on though? I've seen eBay ones, but not sure of anything else. Any ideas?

Well what type of site / package should I create for people to use - like there is a eBay one you can get that all you do is add your CJ / eBay affiliate ID in a file and then upload all the files to your web server, like a Niche store.
