It is real, but I think money should be considered as a way to bring happiness and not as a happy thing itself. I mean, money doesn't make you happy directly, but it can take a participation in it. If I could give a piece of advice to the author of this topic, it would be to go see a professional. Sometimes, depression is related to some factors that you can't treat yourself. But what you can do right now, as already said, is to make some exercise every day. I also recommend to make full and restful nights.
Yes, youre right there. Money basically gives you an easy life and takes away alot of worries. But its a hollow victory. I also excersise alot. I found myself getting very depressed but now I excersise and it really lifts you up. I would highly recommend it.
