for the past 2 weeks, I have been making from 0 to .13 cents per day, and I was making a steady $1.00 - $2.00 before that. I've officially had it with Adsense and am in the final stages of choosing a competing publisher service.

What sort of PageRank and Alexa score have you got? Not wanting to sound like a stuck record but TLA are probably the way forward.

With AdBrite it clearly shows you which ad is CPC and which is CPM. Google doesn't do that.

well try putting some google ads on it, that way won't you get extra credit on the pagerank when it does come out? (and hell its googles job to find something to put on those ads not yours )

ideally, cpc vs. cpm shouldn't be an adsense issue.

since cpm ads don't pay squat, the object is to improve the value of the page so that it only shows cpc... that may require removing some or even all of the adsense blocks on the page.

i finally got so fed up with the lousy targeting and dismal pay rate of adsense cpm that i told google to turn it off on my entire account.

I am seeing some very good adsense earnings nowadays. Maybe the smart pricing thing is working in my favor :)

Had earned good revenue in past week then I would have earned it in 2 months.

Good call. I've just pulled AdSense from a couple of my sites because it just wasn't working for me any more. I'd rather concentrate on getting some traffic to the sites, increasing PageRank and putting TLA on them once they're up to a decent level.

Adsense just doesn't make sense anymore.

The old cliche of " more clicks= more money" doesn't hold anymore .What used to be 5-20cent per click is now reduced to 1-3 cent.

I'm ditching adsense for my 3 new sites.

It seems adsense only giving us 1-3 cents now. I'm just wondering, when you compare with adword tool http://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal, how much is your keyword's CPC there? and how much is your actual CPC? Mine is $2 vs 0.01-0.02, it's 1/100 ratio! :(

Honestly, I think they are taking a bigger and bigger cut because they know no ther PPC can hang with them.
