I sold a ebook to this guy from this forum and it was a instant download. After payment your lead right to the download page. This guy orders the ebook yesterday, gets it. Then files a dispute today. I am not selling another thing til I get payment protection from paypal. This is a joke. What stops someone from buying a 500.00 item then being like it didn't match the description or it isn't what I wanted then filing a dispute and keeping the item esp a digital item AND getting their money back. I emailed the guy back in a nice tone I don't think he will reply. I'm tight right about now.
Paypal is known to take the side of a buyer especially if the transaction involved a digital product for which one is not able to produce shipping details etc... It is only due to such chargebacks, that people have started using moneybookers for such transactions... Regards, RightMan
