I signup for adsense many days ago and read adsense policies in google adsense help.

My website contain some contents and some links to other websites.

And I want to place Large Rectangle (336 x 280) ad on my website in upword and downword positions of the links and contents of my website. I made the colour of my website text and google ads same.

but I am so much confuse about these policies please help.

    google wrote

"For most color techniques, we recommend using colors for your ad text and links that already exist on your site. For example, if the links on your site are all green and your text is black, use green links and black text in your ads as well. Since most users are accustomed to seeing blue links, you might also try using blue".

and on another place on google I read which google dont allow

    google wrote

"Format ads so that they become indistinguishable from other content on that page. Format site content so that it is difficult to distinguish it from ads."

many days are gone and I am unable to implement ads on my website till now because of the above confusion.

    Please help

If you want to read above policies on google ad them in google search so you will get it.

there is nothing confusing about it. basicaly google is advicing you to blend in your ads to match your site layout. place the ads such a way that they look like part of your site content so that you get higher CTR

The first quote - Yes, they encourage you to blend your ads into your website by keeping the format similar.
The second quote - They do not want you to blend it in to a degree that visitors cannot differentiate an ad from your content.

Simply, blend it in but don't do it to an extent that you can't make out an ad from content. Visitors must exercise their right to click or not. No tricking them to do so.
