Yet again, my PayPal has been limited again...for the fourth time I am really upset because I've tolerated this shit for the last three times but this one is simply the last straw that breaks my patience. This is the excuse that they gave me for limiting my account: What the hell does this even mean?? Even worse, they are requesting me to input an Expanded Use number. Do not these donkeys realise that I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS BEFORE and that my account is already verified?? Why are they requesting me to go thru the same bullshit again? I am really, really upset at this latest nonsense from them. The moment I get my PayPal account back, I am going to close that account. There is no way I am going to do business with them after this latest fiasco.
yes paypal sucks... they limited my account twice just for using my dialup when my cable was down... and as soon as i logout from my paypal they limited my account after 1 hour saying someone else is trying to get into my account... and i told them its me... but again i have to re-submit my old documents with photo ID proof... after they remove the limits i email paypal regarding this problem and after one week they send me a reply that they keep details record of my account in order to protect me=)) it sucks because no other payment processing service do this to there customers other then paypal... normally it is done when someone report a hack attempt... but paypal do this just for harass there customers... i told them why they do this without any reason? they didnt reply... seriously paypal need to change this policy as soon as possible... because without any report from the account owner, they dont have the rights to limit a account...
Good alternatives are Echo's solution, NexCommerce, CDGCommerce and a few more I'm sure. You should be able to hook with a better provider that doesn't have as many limitations.
I know a person who used to work for paypal. PAYPAL DOES NOT let their people use personalized emails. All the emails are already made and only a limited amount of info goes into them. It could be a number of things associated with this. Depending on what you did, they an get you for anyting, even being ASSOCIATED with another persons paypal who is under investigation.
That's why people called: PayPal sucks! "Protecting the security of your PayPal account is our primary concern, and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause." And it becomes a big problem for PP users! PP don't understand that we don't like their protection style!

I know your opinion on PayPal but they do not ban people for no reason. If a member gets their account limited or maybe even banned, there is a reason behind it. My account has only been limited once, and that was in November. Supposedly, someone tried to access it but didn't have a chance. I verified my location and one other thing and I had full access to my acccount in around 3-hours. @PTCASH - There are dozens of PayPal hate sites out there. People are quicker to complain and degrade something then they are to praise it.
Yes, I used a VMI card account and changed the new details which the VMI folks requested, and a few hours later I got banned because of this. Strange that this should happen now, because I didn't get this problem in the past and withdrew funds to VMI with no problems at all.
I ave read many stories about paypal but for me its great. I even got paypal's debit card. 1% cash back helps a lot.

not many people use moneybookers and i have hard time selling my products... i call it PainPal and there slogan is "Welcome to PayPal Hell" and do you know what paypal staff say in there mind when someone get banned or limited? PayPal Staff: You been Owned and so is your account... We own you and your money!!! PayPal Staff: Can you feel it? PayPal Staff: told you in our TOS, you will never see us coming... PayPal Staff: now dont come back crying to us again... or else we will own your new accounts everytime you will try to make them.... if you replace the first "P" from PayPal with "G" and rest you can figure.... hehehehe....
yes paypal can be very annoying sometimes but they're running on software so something would've been triggered them. it's a safety precaution and we're allowed to appeal and ask what is the problem. i guess 4th time being limited will give customer bad impression on their service.
appeal to paypal? i think you don't know paypal dont care for there customers.... i have tried that before several time.... so asking them is totally useless because they dont listen to anyone.... i never did anything wrong in my 2 years paypal life and yet i lost money because of scammers paying me from stolen CC... also there are other DP memebers who got ripped by paypal all of a sudden....
