0.08$ per click still not the worst case. so i think you still should focus on increase traffic rather than focus on pay per click. this will be a better way to improve your revenue.

I have the same problem with my gaming websites, 100 clicks will give €5 .

 

Choose a Profitable Niche like the Business or Health to earn more from Adsesne. You could set up a new website for that.

 

Start a new site under a different topic b/c anime sites have low rates. I own a DBZ website and sometimes I get 30 clicks and it is still under a dollar.

Another thing to consider is what countries are your clicks coming from? Certain countries always have lower paying clicks than others.
