I am selling my health sub niche business that makes me $1,700 a month aff commission

I own a site that makes me $1,700 every month on autopilot. You get all of the traffic, the html pages, the domain and over 1000 + targeted subscribers too. The site is an opt in page that builds my list by around 450 per month... You also get the thankyou page/oto that converts like crazy and makes sales every day.

The niche is herpes simplex alternative remedies and all of the commissions come from clickbank. There are so many ways to monetise this thing...

Like I said all of the traffic is automated with videos that rank positions 1 and 2 in google. All you have to do is build a few backlinks every couple of weeks... I literally do nothing with this and just watch the sales come in...

I am selling because I have some bigger projects planned and other personal reasons...

I want $16,000 for it...

This is below what this would yield in the market but I am looking for a quick sale. I will give continued support until you have it all up and running...
