- site is about 3 months old [traffic stats] and is one of my web projects that I started but never finished

- the site is actually made up of 3 different [directory] [million dollar pixel site] [resell ebooks] sites that I bought from ebay and then integrated together with 1 web design and tried to make it apear as 1 site, so there is no other site exactly like this one, and I will not be keeping a copy of it, so the owner will have full rights to this design

- I have no idea how easy or hard it would be to convert the links (the sites are PHP & MySQL based), as I am not a PHP programmer

- there are 2 simple admin panels to control the backend of the site

- Over 200 links submitted from actual users, whom have registered with an email that you can follow up with other offers etc. news about the site etc

- Owner will be in full control of the site so can add or remove any content, links etc from the site, so all links that I have on there can be removed

- Current disk usage is 44.65 Megabytes, Bandwidth usage (current month) 52.67 Megabytes

- all resell files mentioned are included with resell rights

- I have not made any revenu yet with the site but have not tried either, I ussually wait to get PR before adding adsense but have not got to that point yet

- I beleive that there is some potential for revenue from the site from banner ads, the pixel section, the ebooks, links, adsense, adbrite etc

- payment prefered by paypal but PM me if you need another method and I will see if I can do that method and if you do not want to buy the site then please do not bid (I have already had two people that changed thier minds and instead of telling me will not respond, and I have no idea why??? I would rather avoid this if possible)

- I can not think of anything else but aas you can see I am open to questions and have nothing to hide nor am planning any surprises, I tell it like it is, so if I have still forgot anything then feel free to ask

- The domain is certainly worth something, Alexa rank is now 715,226 & 150 indexed pages in Google & MSN too

- I have invested about $75 into the site so will set the BIN at $100 but will likely take the highest bid between now and Sunday, so I will end the auction 48 hours from this posting to give people time to consider my site, read all this info and ask questions
