    As I am on a disability pension & my income is very limited I am forced to sell one of my 2 websites.

    I have put many hours of work into it.

    I have been told by many friends & family that it looks good & has great potential.

    1 - The site is 3 Years old – Its renewal is on Oct 6 2011

    2 - The site has 64 pages

    3 - Average traffic over the last year = 46 per day

    4 - The site has 5 inbound links & 36 outbound links.

    5 - All of the site is included in the sale price.

    6 -The monetization methods in use are - Google adsense , e-books

    7 - The monthly average income at the moment is $ 25

    8 - What is the asking price for the site? = asking $ 850 or best offer.

    so with a monthly income of $25 you ask for $850. sorry to say $400 will be the ultimate price for your website. you have good contents and neat layout on you site. good luck.

    Of the $25 income per month, how much of that is from adsense alone? Also, you realize you are asking 30x monthly income when the going rate probably averages around 5-6x on DP? Is there a reason? Not that you aren't justifyed, but what is so special about it?

    seems not worth the price of your website with a single income just from adsense only get$ 25/month.

    Yea a little to much for the site. and copyscape brought up tons of sites using your exact words or... you using theres.
