    jumeirah beach and all variations (jumeirah beach hotel dubai, jumeirah beach hotel, beach hotel jumeirah) has no searches per day over 50. Therefor this domain price needs to come down 3 0's then maybe you have a shot a selling it.

    Basically its not a popular search term so having the domain name does nothing for you.
