I am seeing alot of activity

    I am seeing alot of activity from the google bot.com does this mean something good? It is going over my site like 16 times a day??

    Yes, same here, I noticed on 2 or 3 of my clients stes that the entire sites had been spidered. Hopefully it's the sign of an impending update and reindexing.

    ok...here's a n00b question for ya. How can you tell your site has been spidered? Google bot.com?

    I'm not brand new to SEO.....just haven't heard of this.

    when you look at web stats and see which domains have been visiting your site you see googlebot.com, so I take it its from google???
    Also New to SEO, but made sense to me.
