Looks like only one of the sites from that link was still in operation, and it hasn't been updated in a while. If you want to make a small investment for a classifieds script, I always recommend the ones from http://www.built2go.com. I know the team that develops those scripts and I've spread the word about them a lot, and even have a few modules made for my own use. They are fully supported too (as they've posted about themselves on this forum) and free scripts are not, so be careful.
