i am scammed help me

    Hello all,

    I opened a dispute against a PTC site owner. I invested $160(approx) in it and after 10 days my account was banned from their site. with me many other investor accounts have been banned. we emailed admin, sent support ticket but no answer from him.

    I opened a dispute and I was told to close it to get my money back and I did it. now I didn't get my money back nor I can open a new dispute. i didn't knew that we cannot open a new dispute so closed it:smileysad:

    please help me my friends I need my money back

    just open dispute from paypal, there are too many PTC scam, you might pay for the experience this time

    Once the dispute is closed, you can't open it again. You have to call their customer support and you can ask them further.

    I dont think that you can get your money back now. You shouldn't have close the dispute. Many PTC Admins say to close dispute to get money back but they don't pay because they can't pay.

    i re-opened the dispute by explaining PayPal
    i just saw that after opening within one day it was closed
    reason: the PTC site owner provided with some "tracking number" due to that dispute was closed in his favor
    can anyone help me with this problem please
