You broke up with her? What do you mean what should I do? You just need to call her and try to meet with her, face to face is always best as opposed to phone, IM, texting, etc... Offer to take her to lunch/cup of coffee/tea or something so you can talk. She's probably pretty upset. Most people who get broken up with, especially if it was unexpected are very sad too. If you really love her, then you're just going to have to talk to her and work out the issues/problems that you had with her/yourself that caused you to break up with her in the first place.
If you have ego then first shred it away completely. then only love can exist. True love never has ego..... Definitely she gets in close with you....
Well, you could drink a lot, spend more money than you've saved, disappear for weeks at a time... or you could hound her about getting back together so much that she never does... or you could play it cool, pick up some other ladies for a while and let her come crawling back

Its not easy for a person to be hale and happy after a break up, especially if the relationship you both shared had been intense; but thats not end of it either. As you say you still love her, kick off your ego and ask her to join you for a cup of coffee. A lot can happen over it you know And I bet there is no better medicine than communication! So go ahead and speak to her and come and share it worked!
