Okay we (me and my company) are going to be offering a limited run of FREE seo services. Completely free to you. The only thing we will need in return is permission to list your site on the clients page of our new seo website. Obviously it doesn't look good for us if we list clients that are not ranking, so clearly its in our own interests to make sure everything is done properly. Everything will be included, keyword research, onpage optimisation and offpage link building. Since its free I am going to be very selective of who I take on. I'm not going to take on free work where someone wants to rank for "viagra" or "loans" I am only interested in working with quality websites. I need them to list on our own site, so I don't want to list a bunch of MFA garbage or sites hugely stuffed with adsense. Legit businesses or high quality informational sites preferred. Since I will be listing these jobs as clients, I can't take on any with skeletons in the closet already as then it will look like I was responsible. If you've taken advantage of a 1,000,000 spam directory submission service or done major spammy link buying that can't be reversed then I cannot work with you on this. If this sounds of interest, the first step is to send me a private message and let me know the url of your own site, along with the keywords you are targeting and in which geo-location - ie do you want UK traffic, USA traffic, Canadian etc. If you want traffic from everywhere then thats fine. You can include any other relevant information such as what content management system you are using. Of course seo is a two way process, not only do I need to be happy with your site, but you need to be happy to trust me with the work. Once I have selected a few people I would like to work with, I will provide you proof of sites we have already worked on and ranked in very competitive markets. If you are then happy we can begin work immediately. Let me make clear again, any costs related to the work will be taken care of by me, you will not have to pay a cent. Okay just got to my desk to start the week and theres another 30 pm's regarding this, so going through them now. I'm noticing a few sites that are clearly not acceptable. I am only willing to work on quality sites as I need to list them on my own site as clients. Obviously it's impossible to give a definite list of what denotes a quality site, but here are some things that would rule it out: porn get rich quick sites "male extension" site MFA on a dropped domain Spammy link building already done Site already punished in google Thats not a complete list, just what people have already pm'd me in relation to this thread! Also we need realistic expectations. I can't do completely free work and rank you for "web hosting" or "credit cards". Please bear with me as I go through the pm's. This isn't link buying or something simple, for each PM i'm having to go to each site, check out the competition in google, and various other checks. Please note to be considered, you need to send the url and your keywords. Please no pm's saying "intrzstd, send details". The details are above, read my original post and the bolded information above. How high in the rankings do you intend to get each site placed for its respective keywords? Also, if a site already consistently ranks in the top 10 on google for some competitive keywords but its exact position fluctuates a lot between positions 1-10 is there anything you can do to stabilize the rankings?
As far as I'm concerned, anything not ranking in the top 10 (first page) is a complete failure. Of course it depends on the site and keywords how high that it can realistically go, but I will be aiming at least page 1 for every site. I won't take on any free jobs that I can't get there.
