I was using google adwords to promote Mypowermall, and at first I was getting lots of impressions for my ad on peoples websites. But now I am not getting any, and I have even increased my ppc to .50 cents. Is anyone else finding this is happening to them?
Make sure that you have a good ad title and description. these should be closely related to the ads' landing page. It will also improve your click through rate which in turn will help with your ads placement.
It's not just about how high your cpc is. You might have other problems. Have you checked your billing information? Maybe Google wasn't able to withdraw money from your card....
You likely have a low quality score, given the fact that each MPM affiliate site is identical, except for the name and affiliate tag. Google does not like duplicate content, and, let's face it, you're certainly not the first MyPowerMall member to promote your site through AdWords. Also, if you don't have your own domain, but rather are just directing folks to www.mypowermall.com/whateveryourIDis, that will lower your quality score as well.
Hi, Simon Leung has a great e-book on how to get a good rating for your site. You probably know, he worked for Google and knows what he is talking about. I can't remember the URL, but if you PM me, I will get it for you. He is interviewed by Matthew Glanfield in a free report that you can get from me. It has great content and is a real help to optimize your campaign. Regards, RPM
