    Hello Guys

I am using www.arvixe.com personal class plan since the last one month and I would say I am not happy with my host.

Eveyday during some time of the day, i need to call there hotline to find out what is the issue with the servers after i fail to open my site and the responce i get is " some user was trying to misuse the servers" and so on .....it effects all other users on that shared server

yesterday night there was another such thing and my site is still down after so many hours. I called them and they said my site is up ...but when i try ..my site nor the control panel is up. I checked my IP is also not blocked.

What do you suggest . I have a new site and do not want to loose my good users.

Please advise which one is the most reliable service provider without the minimum downtime

Yes this is really bad as I still can not see my site up and this is happening since the last evening

I just called them again as my site is down and the customer rep told me that there are about 600 - 700 sites on a shared host ,and all of then are down currently,,is this correct ???? and he also told me that in business clas they only have 5 - 10 sites and the users can share much moire resources there ...

Should I move on to the business class ...rather then the personal class??

As i can not tolerate my site going down everynow and then

Never coz same company mean that all their plan is hosted at same server.

Your best bet is move to new hosting company.

Lemme know if you're looking for new host,i willing give you extra month if you still have prepaid month at your previous host.

If you're looking for the cheapest and most reliable webhosting ever.. check out http://hostpear.com it's £10 a year or £1 per month. Unlimited bandwidth and 2.5GB disk space with cPanel. To make it even better.. use the coupon code "ryan" upon sign up and get 25% off! This is the most reliable web host I've ever been with, cheapest too!

I would recommend you visiting webhostingstuff.com. Reading more reviews. Then make choice. But in any way that is impossible to say beforehand if this or that web hosting service will be good or bad for you.

Why are you promoting your own site? Read the rules.

That probably wouldn't solve your problem. Well, the issue you're having is a temporary issue so yeah it will solve your problem but question is for how long? Every hosting provider and I don't care who they are will have their fair share of issues because servers are computers and there are moving parts in there. Drives will fail, power supplies will fail, motherboards will fail, etc. It's how the host deals with and communicates that problem to you that sets them apart. Some problems take longer to resolve than others. But, if it's a resource abuse issue the question is how often does this problem occur? If very often than it's probably time to move. If not very often than give them a chance to deal with the abuser. A good thing to do is get a website monitoring account and set the timeout value to whatever you feel your site should load (ie, 30 seconds). That way you can see how often your site loads slowly to determine if you should move or not.

Mods, can we just close and or DELETE this thread. The OP and others in it are banned. It's pointless to let it continue because all we are seeing are morons posting affiliate links, their own sites and or deals.
