    Seriously? I dunno, just a wild guess, but perhaps because you have almost no traffic. Quit complaining and try to find more traffic.

    Because your account does not have enough money in it for you to get paid!!! Duh!!! Read the rules that you agreed to when you signed up for AdSense. Then get busy so you will have ENOUGH money in your account to get paid. Whining about this will never increase the value of your account, and until the value of your account reaches AdSense MINIMUMS, you will NEVER get paid.
