I was trying to pay my hosting bill via my paypal account using credit card as my funding source but I am getting a message "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number." Only a few days back my paypal transaction was declined to due to lack of funds in my account in CC but now I have added funds in CC but it's still getting declined here.. Whether I should contact paypal or whether this is a problem with Bank side??
First try to use your CC outside pp account (local use) and if its working well then call paypal and let them know of this for quick sort out of this issue. DON.
"Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct or try a different credit or debit card." This is the error message I am getting outside of it
