I am not able enter my PIN Information ..Help me OUT

Hi ,

I got approval for my adsense account last year in August.But i cound not focus on adsense account due to my study .Now i want to start with adsense ..i made a blog 15 days before .As we all know that You will be able to Enter your PIN information after acoount balance reach $10.Last night I reached $ 10 and now my total earning is $ 15.68.but still i am not able to enter my PIN(Tax Information).why is it so ..can any body tell please?

I did not get any error message .....
when i click On Tax Information Tab Under My Account then I get this message

You may enter tax information after your account balance reaches $10.00 .

so please let me know what the actual problem is ?

 

ok..now problem has been fixed ....now waiting for my PIN

 

I think thats a new option when i applied for adsense they sent the code immediatly

 

Just enter the tax information. If you are non-US member, just selected that you are non-US member.
