Your bank can make problem that address of bank account holder and address on Google cheque are not equal.

What exactly is the question? Is it about Google Checkout or your Adsense account?

 

But you can use CPA pay-per-action (pay-per-sale) programs on the same page with adsense. You can try shareasale.com I suppose. They have many CPA advertisers.

I'm going to go ahead and say no but I'm not 100% sure on that. The best thing to do is contact google and tell them why you need another account.

You still haven't answered why you got banned in the first place. Why is that important? Because I can see you going through all this effort to get another account (fraudulently) and then doing the same stupid thing again 6 days later (causing you to be banned again) and being back in here trying to start a third account.

Use someone else.

 

They also keep a record of all this information in case you get banned. It would be very very easy for them to locate you using another account.

ask one of your family's member to signup for adsense and use that account ..assuming that person isn't a webmaster and doesn't need a adsense account
