Hi I am new to this forum and new to internet business i have built one site using wordpress using fantastico my question is is i have to install php for wordpress using fantastico because some plugins are not supporting my site and theme also not showing properly so please help my what i have to do for that mad
Check to make sure the plugins you are trying to use are compatible with the version of wordpress. Also check to see that your theme is fully compatible as well. Some plugins will not work with an older theme. PHP should already be installed on your web server since it is required for wordpress to be installed.

can you re phrase your question please? I only understand that you are having problem with wordpress?, what is your server php version? was this version meet the requirements of wordpress? why not use ftp? then upload the files, it will not take long.
yes i am using ftp to transfer the fiiles the problem is in theme the sidebars header are not in the correct position its a tiga theme very good for wordpress i had already used for another site
Mad make sure that your theme is widgit ready. Not all themes are coded to support plugins. If you want to be able to use plugins then you need a wordpress theme (design) which supports widgets.
i would un-install wordpress via fantastico and then re-install manually. Could be that the auto-install script has screwed something up.
