i am new installed two wp and one vb please help???

i have installed two wordpress blogs in two different directories
http://it-pk.com/sms
for sms messages

http://it-pk.com/seo
for seo articles

http://it-pk.com/forum
for forum

but is my site will go good or i should install main project of my above mentioned in home directory and other in sub directories,
or any other help to improve my site.

Hey, install your main project in your home directory, and for the subdirectories, just link the navigation bar. Your site looks odd, and you know it wont get index of inside content.

If i install forum in root directory and blogs in sub catagories will it be better?
because my main project is forum.??
any more advice for this??
