Do you have a website? If so...you'll want to create a page or pages where you link in your sponsors ads. Then create an Ad in Google to drive traffic to that page. Depending on what your sponsors payout is (CPA, CPL...ect) you can decide what you are charging per click. For example. A sponsor with a PPL of $1.00 If your stats over a course of time show 1:4 people who click end up signing up...then you can pay anywhere from $0.01-$0.24 per click and 'make money' if your ratio holds true. Hope this helps...sorry Its kind of hard to help when we don't know the sponsor or the type of website.

you can buy various hosting like hostgator, justhost etc.. get some writers to write buy or get some landing page designs.

Mils. There are literally thousands of programs in CJ to choose from.... Select a niche, build a site and ad your CJ links to the site.... Then drive traffic to the site with Adwords. It sounds simple but you'll need to track which keywords convert, etc... Keep on learning and you'll get there though!
