HI Everyone, I should say I am new to posting on these forums, but I have been reading some things for the past couple of years by finding them on google! - I have a question for website owners, and I Really hope this is the best place to put this - It's with regards to website articles. How do you find someone or somewhere decent? and what questions should maybe be asked before getting them to write an article? - I have seen some websites that sell articles, you just say what you want, and they do it for x price, but then when I search these websites in google, I find all sorts of bad things about them. I am just looking for someone that's honest & writes original content, not something you can find elsewhere. The trouble seems to be finding people? Any help or suggestions would be greatly welcomed!
If you go into the Copywriting section of DP and peruse the posts, you will find a small group of copywriters who post thoughtful replies on threads. You can easily judge their writing skills, thought processes, etc. PM me and I will recommend one, in particular, that I have not yet used myself, but have been very impressed with.
When it comes to finding someone, how do you know if the copy isn't anywhere else? - also, do you know what kind of things they would want from me ( other than payment ) - Do I just throw them the subject - or do you go into depth by giving them the title, or telling them what exactly you want written? :-\
Most importantly it has to be a native English-speaking person. I don't know if she'll be willing to help you, but she's into article writing, I believe: https://www.digitalpoint.com/members/pianogirl.609164/
I post a request for an article writer on DP. I look for writers with many messages and likes received. This is usually a good indicator that they are good writers and provide well-researched and thoughtful content. After receiving the article, run it through Copyscape premium, it only costs a nickle. It should come back 100% unique. After you verify it's unique, you want to READ the entire article, very carefully. You want to make sure the article is easy to read and doesn't have any grammar, spelling or syntax errors. If the article sounds weird or flat out just doesn't make sense - it was probably spun instead of hand-written.
Our pleasure! Also, if you need some advice on your articles - send me a PM. I can usually spot the good and bad ones
I tried to look for a place to ask about articles, but, when I went into the section it was to purchase them - is there a topic then for asking ? ( Sorry, like I said, Im new to this!) When I click on Forums, there are soo many different ones!
Do you give them a subject of what you want, and they find an article to write about? or do you need to get down to the exact details (I want A , B, C for example?)
Just go here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/content-creation.102/ And, instead of "selling" select "buying" as the prefix. I can send you a screenshot if you need me to.
What I normally do is use Google Adwords to find the exact keyword I want to target for. I send them the keyword and then they write an article surrounding the keyword.
Don't mention it That's what DP is here for, anytime you need ANY help, feel free to reach out to me.
I received an honest critic from Matthew a few days ago on an article, and I must say that his review did help since then. I am a good writer now than I was before, and I am glad I took your advise @Matthew Sayle.
