    is it free? If chages than how much is it charges?

    There's charges per click (keyword targetted) or per 1000 views (placement targetted) + a $5 activation charge.

    You pay per click or per 1,000 impressions depending on which set up you want. Both work, but with pay per click, you only pay when someone actually clicks on your ad.
