I am moving from my web host

    i want to switch my host to another host.
    All of my sites on the account have wordpress.
    Can anyone tell me how to move without losing content?

    choose web hosting has free transfer or you can make full database backup in cpanel

    It means you are using more CPU then you are allowed to.

    You need to make a full backup in cpanel and give to your new host, only them can restore full backups.

    No, you do not have to change the name of the server lol leave your account the way it is and and just make a full backup. You will then give this backup to your new host as only they can restore cpmove files and full backups.

    There is no way to fix it, only if you cut access to your site some how or losing traffic. Your site overgrown and its no longer good for shared hosting (not with hostgator)
