Yea that a nice script with the clean design.
But seem like the site is lacking of a lot of thing for instance there is too few categories and there no login place for employee and employer.

it's a very clean site, nice and simplistic too. The only thing ive noticed apart from lack of catergories is that even though there is a filter feature there is no search, so if people wnat jobs in a certain town they have to go through the whole list. This will become a problem when the site gets popular and there is hundreds of pages.

I really do like the design as well it is very clean and easy to use. I do think like said above you need to have a front-page login because the key is having employers come back again and again to post openings. Also one thing I noticed is you have a Help page and it is just linked to your Gmail email, I would change this to a page with basic FAQ's and also then have a link from there to a contact form in which they can email and ask questions. I think it looks great you just need to fine-tune everything and then post some fake jobs to make sure it works. Just run it in a test-beta by just testing it yourself over and over to find glitches before you really put it out there.

Whoa, that is one of the cleanest and easiest to use job employment sites I ever seen.
The only thing I believe it's missing is a login place/member sign ups.
