I am looking to meet some programmers

    I would like to meet a few programmers that are able to build CMS and can implement web 2.0 effects. I am only interested in those who can take designs from Photoshop files and compliantly render them in XHTML and CSS. I own an advertising agency/marketing consulting firm. I am looking for someone easy to communicate with to outsource work to.
