I Am Looking Online Debit Card Service

I live outside US. I am looking debit card:

- for PayPal
- international applicant can apply
- apply via online
- debit card service company has good reputation
- the service company based on any centuries that have good reputation e.g US, Canada, Australia and more...
- the service company can send the debit card to my home

Please don't answer "e*Trade". I saw DBS bank (Singapore) debit card can be accepted by PayPal. But you need to go to Singapore to apply the debit card. I want apply the debit card via online.

Do anyone know about this?

Recently, I have just opened a US account with online application, sending scanned documents online, get approval within no more than 2 days, US bank account within 2 weeks, and follow with VISA card in teh next few days. Normally, a US bank account is activated by sending in money into it, but this account does not. You just need to verify it with Paypal and DONE! Your account is activated.

And this is not Etarde. Etrade did disappoint me last time. Etrade is no longer serving opening US Bank Account for Asian. All new Etrade account has been moved to Hongkong Branch.

Since WTC tragedy (Sept 11, 2001), all non US citizens aren't allowed to open new account at all US Banks. I am confused this comment. Where do you live? Is it virtual debit card? Or virtual credit card?

Can HongKong Etrade user send/ receive money to/ from PayPal from/ to HK Etrade with ACH?

 

Hello! Just try xxx.wirecard.com. A German bank is issuer. Maybe this would work for you. Just give it a try.

I've heard of one that's called Money Around the World. I'm not so sure about their services, though, but I was told that anyone could apply and all transactions are online. I've never tried it but you might want to check it out. Google the name. I'm sure you'll find it. I'm not sure I'm allowed to post links yet.

 

Are you wirecard.com customer? And use a wirecard.com debit card? Are you sure that the debit card can be used for PayPal?

I have visited to this, but their 'sign up' form online is German language. I cannot read the German language. Where is English 'sign up' form online?

Hello! Yes I am a Wirecard customer and also use their Astercard (virtual and physical). The card can be used for PayPal, yes. You can send payments through this Mastercard. The card also has it´s own IBAN and Swift code to send money to. You can withdraw from european PayPal account to this account, your country has to use IBAN.

About the application form: normally if you go to wirecard.com it should be in english, I don´t know why for you it´s German.

I have even confused with your statement. Where do you get information that non US resedent cannot open US bank account after 911. The only regulation apply for this case is the federal law ATRIOT Act.
I am Indonesian. If you live in Asia dont bother to try Etrade from Hongkong. They no longer in services opening US bank account for Asian. I even just got rejection by Etrade Hongkong. Luckily, I got my money back from seller who show me this solution. Some fellow from Malaysia try to send it directly thru Etrade USA, well not everybody lucky. So why take risk?
This is not VMI or Valis.

i have tried virtualmoneyinc cards for many countries paypals, everything works great. you can add it to most countries pp and then cashout your pp funds with it. it perfectly works

It´s not true! It´s the new accent card visa offered from eternitybanking. VMI exists MUCH longer without problems, also it doesn´t need as much ID-verification as the accent card visa.

But the accent card visa is a good one too, but more expensive, more ID´s needed, higher fees etc.

No! You can´t verify accounts anymore with VMI, you can just add it as a unverified bank account to most countries PP which support recieving payments. You can´t add it to US, UK, CA and AU PayPals

For all countries besides the above ones you can just add a VCC for verification.

I'm not sure about VMI card whether it works with PayPal anymore though I heard it does but I'm still unsure about that.

You can buy VCC from sellers here at DP. You can find a lot of sellers in Buy, Sell & Trade Section.

VCCs can only lift the sending limit from US, UK, CAD, AUS PayPal accounts but your account status will still remain 'unverified'. You must add a bank account to become verified. Adding bank account and credit card would raise your sending limit to $10k.
