Hi, I am currently designing a website, and need help with creation of some of the graphics for my pages as well as page design. I need a cartoon character, a girl probably, and a robot. I can provide you with examples of what I'm looking for if needed. Also need help designing the actual pages, and installing a scrolling picture viewer script. I tried installing one I found myself, but couldn't get it to work. Need help with the stuff I can't figure out. I found a scrolling service online after the script didn't work, and it works, but it went down for hours afterwards for no apparent reason, and I need a script that's 100% reliable when installed. I also need to merge two pictures together, and can't figure out how to do this without using paint.net or something, and I need the two pictures to be separate. I can show you an example for that too. The script can not use frames, or flash as this page will be converted into a mobile page later on, and I've heard frames, and flash don't work on mobile pages for some reason.
