Make sure the domain you get as a free .com is actually owned by you and also what would be the charge when you move your domain name? Many web hosting company make user pay hefty charge in transfer later. Regards, Richie
36$ a year with free .com domain and 250GB BW is hard to get from a reliable provider since if you deduct cost of domain host will have only 27$ , try increasing you budget , any how best of luck BTW there is nothing like Unlimited Disk Space
