    I am looking for the best Drupal Theme to suit my needs.

    I want to create a web site that users can log into and post their resumes. I also want these resumes to be in any language. So they should be able to handle different double byte file format combinations.

    Visually, I would like the web site look like the interactivewebs web site. Which Drupal theme looks most like Interactivewebs.com (http://interactivewebs.com/)

    I think DanLand does. I think I should start with that theme and modify it.

    You can easily make custom content types for a CV/resume, but there's also an distribution that might suit your needs:

    Make it easier for you to get started.

    This theme does seem to be the closest. You'll need to use a module such as Nice Menus to get the drop down menus. The rest would be down to coding the CSS as you want it.
