I am looking for someone who can build a site from start to finish!

    I am looking to hire one person who can program , code, design, etc.. One person who can build a website from start to finish without having to out source for anything.

    This person would have to come with tons of references,

    One word of caution , you should buy domain and web hosting yourself , later web developer can give you lot of trouble by not handing over the website completely.
