Adult sites, are hard to be optimized, trough normal ways.. So the best way to get it up, it's trough the social adult networks. paid links, and stuff.
If any one tells you it is very easy to promote Adult site let me tell you it is not at all easy job ...because you can pots your articles in any directories ..don't submit in any general directory sites..you need to do very smart work
